How Eurofound uses Mynewsdesk to better understand their audience

We recently had a quick chat with Mans Martensson, the Media Manager of Eurofound, to hear why he's looking forward to using Mynewsdesk. 

According to Mans, he's most impressed with the Network tool which allows him to build rich social profiles of his media and contact lists. 

He said, "It gives me a transparency in seeing who I communicate with. I might have known a name or spoken to them via email but now all of a sudden now I really see what that person does and is writing about us, be that in articles, in media reports or even on social media or blogs. I can see a full rounded picture of that person, of what he or she is doing, and that is really exciting."

A little about Mans... 

Mans has been the Media Manager of Eurofound for the last 13 years. He is in charge of promotion, Eurofound and Eurofound's Pan-European communication campaigns and media relations in all 27 European Union Member States.
