Mynewsdesk has launched a new customer support forum that provides users with quick and easy assistance in just one click. You won't even have to leave the current webpage you're working on.
How does it work?
When logged into your Mynewsdesk account you will be able see the "Mynewsdesk Support" tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Should you have any questions or comments about our platform then please just click on this tab.
The image with its four options will then appear on screen. First choose whether you would like to ask a question, make a suggestion, report a problem or just give praise. Then enter your subject-line and description in the space provided.
Someone may have already asked your question, in which case similar posts with questions and answers will appear on screen. If you are the first to ask a question then our Customer Service team will feedback as soon as possible. This answer will then be archived so that others can read and comment on it in future too.
The Mynewsdesk support forum was produced by a company called Kundo and one of our own developers David Billskog. It has been created to further involve you and other users in the development of Mynewsdesk.
